I stayed short term in one of their apartments for a co-op that required me to locate. The apartment I stayed in was perfect for my needs and I noticed there was always consistent renovation being done to the facility. It truly is a great place to rent. Adam Lyons was exceptionally helpful, and for my first time renting he had the answers to all of my questions. He's super nice and every problem I had (which were very few) was solved with no hesitation. Loved my experience there and would quickly rent at Century Lakes again if the circumstances warranted it. Everything I could hope for during my stay.

Everything is old in these apartments. The W/D are so small it will take you a week to finish one load of laundry. The windows let in ton of cold air. If I use my microwave and my heater at the same time my entire front room in my apartment goes out. Just not worth the money. Not to mention I’m supposed to be in a “updated unit” I suggest spending a bit more money and renting somewhere worth paying 1,000+ A month.DO NOT RENT HERE
