Hi, I went to the leasing office to inform them that the washer and dryers are broken and they immediately threatened to pull my file, and told me "You don't deserve nice things because you smoked a joint one time." I never got my Kit-Kats back from the dryer, which is a shame, because there were 7 of them and I was planning on selling them to the neighbors after giving them a good wash. EDIT: I don't know who Ben is, but he sounds very cool and handsome. Kathy from the leasing office has told me several times that I can wash my Kit-Kats in the washing machines and dryers. I have ruined thousands of Kit-Kat bars over the course of several years at this establishment. No matter how often I try, my Kit-Kats come out dirtier and more melted than when they entered the washing machines. On an unrelated note, the washing machines seemed to stop working after trying to wash them. I consider this false advertising and I WILL be seeking legal council. #JusticeForBen EDIT 2: I am 300% sure that this is the community I have been washing my Kit-Kats in for the last 10 years. Kathy promised me. (Kathy is a secret code-name that only we use to preserve anonymity). My secret code-name is HugeDad.

I can Not believe all these bad reviews, I am moving Sept 1 and I am considering this complex. My good friend lives here and loves it here. I've stayed over many times and never smelt cigarettes or loud music. I agree with owner if washer doesn't work shouldn't you report to them so they can repair. These days everybody with there negative comments if you hate it there move out. Fairfield is renting 3000 a month..I could not imagine having one of these chronic complainers as my neighbor. Anyhow here is a nice comment from a hopefully soon to be tenant.

The management at the meadows has been very supportive and fair during my 4 years living here. The grounds keeper Steve is a great person. Very hard working friendly and professional.

Wow, the response to Clara is so unprofessional. Putting children's names and other personal details that is a complete violation of the expectation of privacy that is expected when lease paperwork is signed with any landlord. Shame on you. I'm guessing the owner doesn't care about liable suits or maintaining a certain amount of professionalism on his staff. BTW, my computer guy tracked the "anonymous" text free app false comments about arresting me if I am on premise to your maintenence managers apartment. I wanted to leave it be and stay out of it but there is a slew of these messages rom harassing Melissa. After talking to you before the results came in and no return call regarding your looking into it and this level of unprofessionalism. I'll pass along the results to her to do whatever: lawsuit, harrassment charges, etc. I cannot be more disappointed in this place I called home for 10 years and left in good standing.
