I’m very disappointed in the service we received. The owner was being very disrespectful and said if I threaten him or harass him on any social medial platform he will take further actions to court. However I wanted others to know about my situation. They came in for a glass repair the third time. First time a guy that works for them came in but he didn’t do the correct size so the glass came out too big or too small I believe. Then the owner came and they fixed the glass however the next morning this is what we woke up to. As I called him he said he wouldn’t cover all the costs and we would have to pay half. Let me remind you we already have paid a certain amount which wasn’t cheap either.he told me basically that it wasn’t their fault and everything was done properly, but then it’s our fault? Which is so not right I believe every customer should be satisfied. It’s not my fault the job wasn’t done properly. And I have every right to share my point of view of the service, so in the mean time if you guys want to take this to court because “ I wrote a review on the service that was done” you can, but a little heads up don’t try threatening others saying you will take further actions to court when all i said was WE SHOULDN’T BE PAYING FOR THE GLASS MATERIAL THAT WAS BROKEN THE VERY NEXT MORNING!

The Glass Doctor from Lake Ronkonkoma is the best. I got quote to replace a cracked Bay Window. The Glass Doctor is honest, fair price, experienced, skilled workers, and communicates with customers. The work was perfect and matched the other front bay window perfectly. Perfectly. If ever I need glass repairs, I will only call Dan, The Glass Doctor.
