Doesn't want to fix my phone it's to new.......lol. Anyone with a broke Galaxy Ultra S21 5g find someone else. I didn't hang up on anyone. He plainly said it was to new and to risky that was his exact words. Another company said that they could not get the parts. Maybe say that next time

How do I find your store?... if I'm coming from Old Hickory Blvd and turn south on Dickerson Pike, I know your store is on the left - please tell me what to look for.

If you're coming from Old Hickory Blvd it's two tenths of a mile. It's on the left, across the street from Transmissions Masters of Nashville and Subway. If you get to Dollar General, you've just passed it - turn around and you'll see it.

What is your guaranty policy on phones you sell? And what is your customer service policy/philosophy?
