Gorgeous building and apartments, but Cody didn't bother to follow up with me after the tour. Not sure why. Initially, he told me to send him an email, but then he collected my contact info--which is usually how it works. I base my rental decisions in part on customer service. Needless to say I didn't rent there.

Very nice building and good amenities. Would suggest inquiring about construction noise as it’s rather frequent during the late hours of evening and extremely early mornings (developers have a 24/7 permit). We were informed construction would not occur all hours of day and night during tour and lease signing. It does. Options were given to move apartments having to pay $500 and sign a new lease for 12 months, which is offensive given we we falsely informed and already paying a hefty monthly rent. If you want a restful night of sleep then I wouldn’t pick the side of building where construction is taking place. No options of building applying soundproofing film to windows or installing noise diminishing drapes. Still waiting for a reply from manager on other possible options.

I have been living in this apartment for under six months and have been forced to live in hotels twice because of maintenance issues. My unit recently flooded due to poor construction, and instead of helping, the property management staff has fought me every step of the way while trying to resolve the issues. If anything goes wrong, do not expect support from Greystar, or the front office staff. Choose to live somewhere else.

Since construction has died down the living experience has improved tremendously. Only improvement would be better equipment gym equipment and aqua lounge area. A leg extension/curl machine would make the gym a whole lot better as it only has a leg press machine. The construction cuts off the entrance to the parking garage a lot which is a downside at this time.
