Is there a way to speak with someone in the office without leaving a message? I've called 3 times today and each time I'm told to leave a message on a voice mail? Is there not enough staff to answer the phone?

We apologize, we just got a new phone system and we are a small business. With that being said, in our message we have stated that we will return phone calls within 24-48 hours. Our missed calls were mainly for patient's who didn't leave there phone number on the voicemail. Please call us at 252-270-5040
