They lost all of my personal items and have not even attempted to make this right! Before the wedding we boxed up, labeled and inventoried all of our items we wanted to be displayed at the wedding. One small complaint is that they forgot to put my cake topper on the cake the day of the wedding. Biggest complaint: after the wedding was over, there was another wedding coming in after us and as I was leaving, they indicated there were personal effects boxed that I needed to take. I was in my wedding dress holding other things in my hands plus felt rushed so I asked if it was possible for them to hold them until I came back from the honeymoon one week later as we were leaving immediately for the honeymoon. They said no problem and being as I know they have a system to store the items as they did prior to the wedding I felt confident that this would not be an issue, well, they lost my personal items anyway!! They simply "cannot find them". It wasn't a year. It was one week!! How many parties could they have had in one week?! They arent apologetic and instead one of the women actually said I should have come back sooner if it meant so much to me!! Blame the victim! I definitely would have sent a family member back to get it if I had known they were that incompetent. No one has called me back from management to apologize or make this right. Poor poor customer service. They should be ashamed of themselves. Once they have your money and your wedding is done, they can care less.

Hi, my daughter had a Sweet16 last Sunday( October 9)it was amazing, the place was beautiful ,the staff was great. Angela always nice to me and my daughter for any questions we have and the fireworks guy was great. I can,t express my gratitude and affection , enough, for our Maitre D Vicki and the bridal attendant Toni. These women went above and beyond to make sure me and my daughter had the best night possible! They truly must love what they do, and it shows! With Vicky at my side that night no stress at all, she helps me put everything under control. The food (buffet) was delicious and the Captain did a great job.I only wish it could have gone on all night. We had a great time and our phones have not stopped because our guests loved it as well. Thank you Vicki and Toni. You'll always have a special place in my heart But for Bill he needs to be patient with the Customer, at he beginning he was so nice and at the end he was someone else. I didn't like the way he ask me ,what I do for living ?that was not nice after that everything was great and I will refer this place to anybody and soon it's going to be my second daughter Sweet16 birthday and I'm still going to choose that place again.❤️❤️❤️

This Sunday I had a sweet sixteen there and it was amazing!!My maitre’D Viki and my bridal assistant Toni Ann were amazing !!They’re so sweet, dependable, and made my party turn out So good!!I got constant compliments on how sweet and fantastic they were!! They helped made my night memorable and perfect!Also,Angela is so sweet,always there to answer to my questions,and always did such a amazing job!!Those three are so Fantastic and such Sweethearts❤️!I also got good compliments on how good the food and cake were!!

Our wedding was here yesterday. I fell in love with the quaint location overlooking the lake. I cannot express my gratitude and affection , enough, for our Maitre D Vicki and my bridal attendant Toni. These women went above and beyond to make sure I had the best day possible! They truly must love what they do, and it shows! The food (buffet) was delicious and got rave reviews from our guests (They didn't know we were supposed to have a paella station, that was not there). I only wish it could have gone on all night. We had a great time and our phones have not stopped because our guests loved it as well. Thank you Vicki and Toni.
