Have had nothing but good experiences with Rafael. This past week I had an issue with my printer which was not printing. I purchased HP cartridge which didnt work. Was sent a replacemet which also didnt work, so I thought it was a printer problem. Brought printer and computer to Raphael and he figured out that the tape on printer cartridge was misaligned and thus wouldn't connect to be able to print. He is very knowledgeable in computers, printers, phones. I highly recommend his company.
