I’ll start off by saying that I love my doctor Josephine who does pelvic pt. However I’m giving 3 starts due to the lack of communication from the front desk. I’ve had to call multiple times before anyone picks up, the other day I called to find out my Dr wasn’t even there. Thank goodness I wasn’t on my way or I would have been pretty upset. Told I’d be given a confirmation call today so that I don’t potentially waste my time in showing up and here I am still waiting.

Please don't even waste your time trying to make an appointment here for dental care. I waited 3 months for my appointments to get a root canal & they called me 2 weeks before my date, to cancel my appt. Then to reschedule is another 3 months. Pls just die if you want.

Avoid this place at all costs. I wish i could give 0 stars! The dentist here, I think her name was Patel, was offended because we asked about alternatives for our son’s dental care. Her tone was threatening and it made all of us extremely uncomfortable. We ended up getting a second opinion and getting care somewhere else in westchester county called kidd smiles.

A center that is not at all professional, especially in terms of personnel From my experience I have done some analysis of which I have had a positive feedback and I am in danger, but neither the Medcin nor the assistant took the time to fix me an appointment or a phone call concerning my analysis knowing that in my analysis it is mentioned positive and the normal must be negative! But what should I do? Take medication? Do not take paracetamol in this case? No feedback and it's really horrible The worst thing is that I call dozens of times and nobody answers !!!!
