I love Domino's. I have never had a disappointing experience with any of my orders. Appreciate you hard working associates.

I ordered one pizza for delivery and waited for 3.5 hours when I was told it would be 45 minutes to an hour. I called about 3 times asking for any updates and only receiving attitude back, and telling me each time it was "on the way". The third time I called I was obviously pretty agitated and asked again for an update and I was told by a girl (I believe her name began with the letter K) to stop calling and hung up on me. Frustrated at this point I went there to just pick it up and it had not even been made yet let alone "on the way". The manager was a very very nice and polite guy; seeing that we were annoyed and waited for almost 4 hours at this point he made us a pizza for free. The pizza here is delicious, but the customer service is not good. I recommend ordering from Papa John's instead to save you an inconvenience like this.

As an ex Domino's employee I am pretty understanding about how busy the place can get. However, I have never made a customer wait 2+ hours for a small delivery. After an hour I called and the store to check on my order. They said it was on the way and would be there soon. After another hour I called again and they said it was on the way. I asked how many orders the driver had taken they said 7... 7?! Are you kidding me? I delivered for Domino's for 2 years and we were never allowed to take more than 3. How is the food going to stay warm when it's been sitting in a car for an hour +. After 30 more minutes had past I had to call and cancel the order because I knew the food would be very sub par if it had been sitting for 2 hrs. You cannot expect to run a business if deliveries take this long. You are located in a town where a lot of young people need jobs. So I don't see why you don't hire more drivers. Would not recommend this location.

This service was horrible!! I decided to order a special off of your website and it ended up being sent to the dominoes located on West Tennessee Street in Tallahassee Florida (lead by the night shift manager Chris.) I was sent an text alerting me that the pizza delivery guy was departing from the store to drop off my order. I waited 30 minutes and.... Hmmm.... "No pizza funny" I thought being that I was a 5 minute drive away from the location. I proceeded to call and check on my order to find that someone had canceled it. The manager on shift offered me a free order of bread sticks which I accepted. I waited another 75 minutes for my pizza to arrive cold and hard, my bread sticks had been made the wrong flavor, and I also received a third order of bread sticks instead of cinnamon bread that I paid for might I add. So I called to request another pizza instead of the cold one's at which point I was placed on a hold that lasted till the phone rung again and began playing the voicemail. I then called one more time to be placed on yet another brief hold that led to yet another voicemail that had not been set up. I called on last time and ask to speak to the manager who told me that I would have to wait and speak with the gm tomorrow I asked if he was sure there was nothing he could do tonight. Simply because when there's and issue with them and my friends orders they are corrected. I proceeded to explain to him what I had been put through and how upset I was with his employees for him to hang up on me before I finished my thought. So I then proceeded to get in my car and take a drive to dominoes where the manager (Chris) sat in my face smiling and grinning trying to talk his way out of the fact that he'd just hung up on me not only that but he acted as if he didn't have anyone hire ups phone number. Then walked to the back of the store and was never seen again. With that I took down his name and left. Dominoes I am severely disappointed being that this is my second incident with the same manager and store. In the first instance I was called a liar from behind a thin piece of glass that a worker thought he could not be heard from behind and also stated that my sister "needs to stop talking loud to my girl those are fighting words" after being asked "what does that mean." he proceeded to grab a pizza cutter and approach us until (a currently sitting) me stood in front of her. Mind you my sister was 5 months pregnant.
