2022 looks to be the end of KID. We live in the Cherry Blossom Hills area. This is August and our community has received very little water, Incredibly poor customer service. Basically, you call and get a TS for an answer. A lot of people at KID should be fired. They better not charge for a year of service, we received no service.

If I could give them a zero I would, worst irrigation service in the tricites. Consistently don’t get service until may and mid may last year after my house water bill was through the roof. Rates for 22 are 200-300 dollars more than last. For what!? I haven’t had water for almost three weeks because of a value repair. If anyone wants to start a class action for theft I’m in.

The delivery of irrigation service has progressively become unacceptable. Service this year is the worst ever. It's now May 2 and there is still no service available for our area in Park Hills. Last year in addition to the late start we lost two weeks of service during 115° weather. Garden got toasted (can't afford to irrigate with city water.) KID was just granted money though Rep Dan Newhause. Does anyone out there know what legal recourse is available? I'm not trying to get rich from a class action. I just want the water I pay for delivered. Crazy, but there's no way Park Hills is strangely without service. Where's that infrastructure improvement we've paid for? Where's the Grant Money? Where's the accountability?

I have tried several times to contact customer service but no one answers the phone. I have dialed numbers listed and no response! Being you provide service to the City of Kennewick and a customer based service, I highly recommend you have someone come in and provide training to your staff on what customer service is and how to provide it. Very disappointing being I am paying you to provide a service and to this date, the irrigation water is not on!

Good afternoon Sheryl! Give customer service a call at 509.586.9111 and they'll report it in our system for you. That's the quickest way to get someone out to take a look and find out what's going on. Thank you.
