Honestly very disappointed in the management. All i heard were excuses from her as to why the salon is the way it is right now and I understand but her professionalism was so rude. The gal that answered the phone not only just answered and put me straight on hold she proceeded to accuse my boss of lying. I also work at a professional environment and would never call our clients liars. Definitely will not be going ever again whether it is new staff or not. I don’t recommend anyone else or they will go through a horrible experience if they want to complain. Please do not try to excuse your horrible management/owner position with a long paragraph on my review.

My husband gifted me with spa day at Z Place. I had a massage, facial, mani, pedi, haircut and style. Everyone was so nice and friendly! This was the most relaxing me time I have had in a long time! Thank you everyone!

The environment is really great, I love the employees, they are always so amazing and encouraging. Everybody knows exactly what they are doing, and they have fun doing it. The equipment is really fancy and clean. They always know what you want, and then they give suggestions to make it even better, so you know they are really good, and have been doing it a long time. Makes you feel valid in the hair choices you made. They remember you, you tell them something you said last time and they say “yeah yea, I remember.”. The environment is just very inviting, and open. All together a fantastic place to go to get your hair done!

I made my appointment online and was able to book and pay for my service before coming in to the spa. I went and got a eyebrow wax with Lauren. She was really nice and did a great job. The convenience of being able to pay before coming in has made this place my go to.
