Had to go here because another driver messed up my car, the staff here were super helpful and walked me through the process. It was my first time having to rent a car, wish it had been under better circumstances. 5 stars because of how helpful they were through the process. Staff were friendly, and the car I had was largely spotless. I'll update this review once I return the car in case any first impressions get changed

It’s really a terrible idea to rent all electric vehicles to people assuming they have outside charging capabilities. In fact, it’s a terrible idea to rent electric cars in general. I felt like my hands were tied between the insurance company and enterprise and I wasn’t given a choice. I do not feel safe and I don’t feel safe with my kids in it. The drive train is terrible and, oh yeah, I don’t have charging capabilities unless I leave windows open at Night

The staff at the Enterprise 6th St. location in Eugene, IL is excellant. Cars are a;ways very clean and sanatized. I normally have to rent a car for a few days every 6 weeks and my experiance with this Enterprise location is always top-notch. They were able to pick me up and take me back home after I returned the car. A great service for those who are Seniors. Keep up the good work!
