This place is first class when it comes to taking care of their patients. I had the pleasure of working with Itzel Guzman. Her official title is Patient Care Coordinator however they should change it to Wonder Woman. She was on top of all the details before and after my procedure. She even responds to my email in a timely fashion. Working with her made this time which is stressful less stressful. Knowing that I could always go to her is awesome feeling. The rest of the team is awesome too. Dr. Fiez has been helpful and explaining things before and after my procedure. He even called me on a Sunday just to check up on me to make sure I was good. This team is the real deal.

I contacted the office to schedule an appointment. The staff was friendly and professional. This is a very busy office so I waited a month for an appointment. I received a call the day after my scheduled appointment time and had a very brief conversation with Dr. Rim. I was on an informational conference call and we placed our phones on mute. At the end of the call Dr. Rim stated that someone would call later that day to answer any questions I may have. I called the next day and stated that I did not received a call back. The person I spoke with was apologetic and scheduled time for the Dr. to call me later that day.No call back that day so, I called the next morning, the woman I spoke with was very nice and again apologized. She asked if I would like to schedule another appointment to speak with the Dr. No, thanks my level of confidence for this practice is very low at this point. Good luck to anyone that actually speaks with the Dr.!
