Bradford who works in the appliance department is the best. Very helpful and knowledgeable about all products. He took the time to show us the differences between models and answer any and all questions. He's an asset to this Lowe's location and the reason we bought our new appliances here.

Lowes..... I always get my hopes up, but usually they have 80% of what I need to complete a project, or they have 1/2 at their kennewick store and 1/2 at there pasco store.... Saturday (my most recent visit) one cashier in the lumber area, line of 13 people.... 13 people..... and waited for 40 minutes just to check out. Several items it said they had online, had to be pulled down from top stock because it's doesn't even have a shelf it's stocked/home. I would be lying if someplace was much better, here or Home Depot unfortunately it's not much different. I just wish you could check out easily, get help loading easily, and things we re put away and not blocking the aisles.

Very lazy. If you don't have a truck best get it delivered and plan ahead. They won't do any "back breaking labor " and help load a few stones into your car. They used to help me do it. I have had employees in the past unload a palet and a half of soil and stones into two cars in the past. Now a days it's to labor intensive. 🙄

"Worst Lowe's in the world" isn't much of an indictment; their stores are almost always clean and well organized. Nevertheless, the Kennewick store is the worst Lowe's in the world. I've made at least a thousand trips to Lowe's all over the country. Their stores have two basic layouts, meaning you can find what you need quickly (unlike at their orange competitor). This store has a vastly different layout than any other. I theorize that this is the first Lowe's ever built, before they had their layout standardized. Perhaps this is their experimental store where they study such questions as, "Would claustrophobic aisles increase our sales?", "Should ceiling fans and propane grills be on the same aisle?", or "How many times in a row can we be out of what the customer came for and still have him come back one more time?" We live in a blessed country. All you have to do is cross into Pasco and there's a "normal" Lowe's. Or, you can try their orange competitor.

I doubt it but just find a place on the internet. I know there are lots of places there to order from.
We have lockers for employees upstairs in the break area.
Yes they do, but sometimes depending on season. In the summer they could have the stock stored away or shipped back. This summer I know the few heaters they kept stored away are at the very top of where the doors section is and not in the normal seasonal area. One of the heaters is a faux wood burning stove. Make sure to check the amps the heater pulls so if you need to you can choose a safe outlet on it's own breaker.
I would try ranch and home or Walmart/Target for something like that. I do not think Lowe's sells fishing poles.
Yes
According to Lowe's website, they do free in-home consultation. I don't have personal experience with consultation or estimates but I found the in store staff to be knowledgeable & helpful.
Thank you for responding Karen Anderson!
Yes Lowe's sells Marine Paint Rust-Oleum brand and a few others
Yes
If you mean the trim, yes they do. If you meant "rack," like a rack to go on the inside of the door, they have that too.
Yes, they do. It's fairly easy and they are very willing to assist you if you have questions or concerns.
Call Panchos heating and air!
