I initially gave Just Roses a 5 star review 6 months ago. However, after a Mother’s Day arrangement that was a far cry from what was pictured on their website, I’ve updated. I called Just Roses to discuss the discrepancy and was told the professional pictures on the website will look different from the final product and they didn’t see anything wrong. I feel what you’re told you’re buying should be what you get. It wasn’t a slight difference either - It was poorly arranged and of poor quality. A disappointing experience overall and will look for another shop in the area.

Had a glitch with the original order sent to my sister-in-law, who is allergic to lilies (it included some very beautiful stargazer lilies), but called as soon as I found out. The person who took my order remembered me and the specifics, apologized profusely and had a replacement bouquet sent. BOTH bouquets were gorgeous. Sometimes how a place reacts to the inevitable glitches says a lot about them. I really appreciated the friendly help and that they were so responsive.

Just Roses did an amazing job for a last minute funeral cross. Family and friends loved the cross and flowers the made it all complete. Thank you Nancy (If I'm incorrect on the name forgive me you know who you are) for your excellent service, got order down at 11am and had it all ready and delivered earlier then expected time (5pm). BEST PLACE FOR YOUR FLOWER ORDERS!
