Another good stop, except it was pouring rain; of course not the rest stop fault. I had my lunch break here under a covered roof, and a nice picnic table to boot! Really nicely landscaped, trimmed, and clean area. Most tables had a hard surface walkway to the bathrooms. Plenty of trees and plants. The picnic area even had trails into the wooded area; a nice touch! There are a lot of covered tables, of which I was grateful because of the rainy downpour! There's something about rain, a picnic in a nicely laid woods, which is very relaxing, and takes you off the busy I- 10 highway. Stop here, it's worth your time, and you have kids( or adults like me, enjoy the time spent. Oh I should mention; there is Security on site!
