Dillon and his team are great. I brought my parents car in to have a fairly new compressor looked at. Dillon was able to diagnose the problem almost immediately, finding that the other mechanic shop was responsible for the mishap. I really appreciated him being honest with me instead of taking advantage of the situation, as he could have easily done. Thank you guys!

Yesterday I was about to jump on the interstate to travel for work, and realized my tire light came on. After I checked it, I clearly had a nail in my tire and needed to get it fixed very quickly. I drove to Mavis and was greeted extremely warmly by the two gentlemen upfront. They got my information right away and were able to take my car back without an appointment. They were so kind and thorough. You can tell they knew what they were doing and really care for their customers. What more could you ask! Thank you so much for all your help! I highly recommend this location!!

I am unsure how this location has 4.8 Stars however Dylan and the assistant manager are horrible! Maybe they offer discounts for good reviews! They did my break pads, rotors everything upfront but the caliber fail / brake rotors slip. I had to pay someone to come to my house in order to fix it temporarily so I can get it back to them however they feel like they shouldn’t reimburse me or even partial reimbursement!

Not all tire shops are created equal ! Been to almost every other automotive place in town and this shop is, by far, the most thorough and best at inspecting a vehicle and explaining all that it needs right away and what can wait. Super impressive crew at this location and I will definitely be back, they have certainly earned my trust and I can tell these people are only interested in keeping me and my vehicles safe. Thanks to John and Chris for all their help.
