Usually I like coming to this location but today was unpleasant. First there weren't any laundry baskets to put my wet clothes in. Next the Laundry Boss took $5 and didn't make change and didn't return my cash either..I tried calling no answer I looked for the attendant but they never came from the back. I'm too poor to give money away. I will think twice before coming back

Don't none of them washers work and all the dryers pop back open after you turn them on ... These ppl clearly don't care cause they would fix the stuff ... instead of fixing things they put notes up that you can barely make out .... THIS PLACE IS THE SAME ON LAKE BRADFORD JUST SORRY

This Place Needs Way More Wire Baskets To Put Your Clothes In To Wash & Dry❗There Are Only Three On The Premises. That's Ridiculous For A " Professional" Business❗Also It Takes An Extremely Long Time For Machines To Be Repaired. If Ever........ ❗😔

The first wash didn't even clean my clothes! They were disgusting still. We rewashed them and it didn't even drain and was still soapy!! The dryers didn't dry my clothes and it was a huge waste of money
