There is NO internet in Audubon Park. We specifically asked before signing our contract if there was internet and we were told yes by our sales person. A flat out lie. We found out today that there is no internet, 8 days before our closing. This is very concerning as my husband works from home and is absolutely dependent on the internet. And we also found out (today) the community is not tapped into the gas line yet, they’re pumping it in from a tank. The builder says it’s the developer. I say shame on both.

Internet is NOT available in the Audubon Park section. They fail to mention on their website or at anytime during the building/closing process that internet has NOT been run into that section. Good luck getting any information from the people that run the Audubon Living website - they just refer you to their website which is inaccurate - they refuse to actually answer any questions which is a little suspect. It may be months before internet is available so I wanted to give people a heads up because no one else will.

The community it’s beautiful with great people moving in. It’s a great place to live and to invest in your future. New construction around the area and the upcoming proyecta and amenities will increase the prices of this houses. I recommend to check them out asap.

Very nice community. Home owners dues are a bit high imo. But a lovely area.
