racist town we were rmee skating at city park and city guy comes over being mean saying that we couldn't skate under pavilion because people come and tear their stuff up and one bad apples spoils it for the rest. Them zoom right by my kids in motorized vehicle very close by them.

Most of the people that I have had dealings with in Magnolia are very rude. I feel sorry for the others that are not rude, that they have to live in the same community with them.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. This is getting to be absolutely ridiculous. Our water bill has been so inconsistent and any time you call (even if you're as nice as can be) they wont help find the root cause. Why would my water bill be triple the usual amount when there are only 2 people in our household? Almost $300 for 2 people? There is no way. It just doesn't make sense at all. There are no leaks so we've already checked that off the list. Sad that even our builders are dealing with fluctuating water bills and asking us to report high water bills to build a case against them. I wish something could be done about this. If you're moving to this area and having to have them as water services - good luck. I wish we bought property so we could simply drill a Well and not have to deal with these people. I'm absolutely disappointed in City of Magnolia.

Worst water company I’ve ever dealt with. One month our water bill is almost $400 and they try saying we use 27,000 GALLONS of water when there’s only two people living in the home and then two months later it’s $150. No one at the water company can give answers as to why it drastically changed they just say “that’s just how the water is in your neighborhood nothing we can do.”
