Such a low rating for no reason, not exactly the place to dispute a vehicle infraction.. Tax office is such a breeze. Extremely organized, with a kiosk upon entering that helps navigate your reason for being there and line numbers that print out keeping your place. Good seating with popular music playing very lightly helps make the short wait pass very quickly. Thought and effort has been put into place to make this a great place and some people notice it!!

Poorly managed. Our second visit and we still weren't seen before closing despite arriving at midday. incredibly long waits for those that do manage to be seen.... UPDATE: This office has seen significant changes over the past few years and is now incredibly efficient, as well as being more friendly. Easy to ask questions on complicated title transfers and be sent away with the right answers and necessary forms. The efficiency must make it easier on the clerks as well, because they engage and help and seem to enjoy it. Good job guys.

Extremely understaffed and slow

I have a gps reading in my vehicle that showed I was going 38 mph. I got a ticket for 51. They refused take my gps readings and chose to take the cops word over my physical proof. So I have to pay court fines and go through 90 days of deferred adjudication to dismiss a ticket that I shouldn't have received. The ADA was so disrespectful. I would of done a jury trial, but I refused to come back and waste more time on this. So take your $150 you greedy liars.
