Fit Club 24 is the ultimate best of any gym I have ever belonged to … it is super clean, fully stocked with whatever you might need to use, and the staff is beyond professional, helpful and friendly. Karen Jones has been unbelievable as my personal trainer; she is outstanding at tailoring workouts to your specific needs, age, body type, medical conditions or whatever. I highly recommend her. I can’t say enough very positive things about the club or its staff. Exceptionally well run.

Yes, anyone can join. There people that workout there at all levels of ability. It is probably 50/50 men and women and with an age range from 13 - 75.
