Matt, Kayden and another nice guy saved the day today! I had a dead rabbit stuck in the front part of my QX80 and they were quick to take care of it for me. They were all so friendly, so helpful and super fast! I’m sorry I can’t remember the other guy’s name but all 3 need a raise! It’s people like them that will keep customers coming back. Thank you guys so much!!! I greatly appreciate it! :)

Why did they text me and burn up my phone and make me a cash deal then by the time I get there they sold the car out from under the salesman and finance person?

Apparently, the salesman didnt notify the sales mgr. there can was a sale pending.Ask them to put you in another car with the same deal.

They are horrible, so far their first impression is not good. The one particular gentleman I dealt with may have committed some financial crimes.

I agree. They are lacking in the customer experience department.

When I was sold my car, it only had one license plate mounted. Not until I was stopped by a policeman out of town, was I made aware that the vehicle is suppose to display both plates. Why won't my salesman not respond to my emails about it?

the salesman should not duck your calls, if I were you I would go to the sales manager or the general manager and get that answered because that's rather important.I know the grubs family and they are very honorable so I would be very surprised if they did not handle this to your satisfaction once it gets above the salesman's head
