This turned out to be a bust. The train went nackwards for like 15 minutes, then forward for 15 minutes. The hot cocoa was cold. We saw nothing but apartments and shipping facilities. Don't waste your money.

This was ok but not what everyone is talking about how great it is. People get treated differently here or maybe it was just my teens and I. The lady giving out the souvenir mugs stated that we could not have any because it was for the children only. Since it was our first time there, I just assumed she was correct. However, come to find out everyone receives a mug including the adults and my teen was really disappointed that she did not receive one. Also, there were no reindeer or shows that my cousin mentioned there would be. Unless, there was but no direction on how to get there. Don't waste your money at this one. I'm pretty sure there are better ones even if you have to drive a bit to get there it will probably be way better anyways.

Compared to other real 'Polar Expresses', this one is over priced and clearly just sold out to maximize profit. Only 45 minutes (so they can park more trips per day), no Polar Express affiliation (so poorer music and no story) and they don't even hand out sheets for the songs (I no longer remember all the words to the songs). My 8 year old asked of this was a fake ride! It's still fun, but compared to others just not all that good.

Wear what you are comfortable in is the best advice I can give, the train ride can be warm or cold depending and the shows are in large event pop up tents so dress for semi outside temps over indoor temps
