Called to get a quote on a trip was told it would be $50. I asked a couple of questions to clarify was told that was correct. My wife called and set up the ride was told the same thing $50. When the driver picked up my wife the price was over $60. If you can't give accurate quotes over the phone just say so.

On yesterday I called Central Taxi to get an estimate for service. (Eustis to Tavares) gave the exact addresses I would come and go from. I was told $12-$13, no more than $15. I made arrangements for the ride. I was picked up on time. I ask for a stop for my daughter to go to school. The fee was only $1 per stop. Awesome! When I arrived to my job I asked how much for the ride. The lady said $22.00…. Wow! BIG difference from what I was told yesterday!!!!! When the guy picked me up this evening, he was there on time (actually early) he charged me $21 and apologized for telling me the wrong price on yesterday. I don’t know if this is a way of getting people to schedule rides or if this was an honest mistake by an amateur but either way it was not cool at all. I pray I never need to call you guys again. 😢
