You are right the park is a dump. it is the parks management that nestled it this way. we have new 2 rules # 1 pay your rent rule # 2 see rule # 1. They let any one in and don't care If you take care of your mobile home or not

For the amount of lot rent you would think that they would clean the streets They do not trim trees . They say that we are responsible . ?? The land is theirs ,but the trees ours? It could be a nice park if people would not dump ln the streets. Maybe if the park would cut the grass , trim trees ,clean streets and build retaining walls where needed. The people would take more pride in their places.

You have to call the office
I wouldn't purchase a home there, it's a dump, rent is high and you get no amenities, no pool, no gate, no guard at gate, full of over priced OLD moblie homes, got a guy that rides around in his little cart and squeels on everything you do, quick to send you "in default of park rules notices" don't disclose anything before you purchase, such as the rude disruptive drunk who lives across the street, that the trailers are infested with drybox termites, that your asphalt driveway is not up to code, no direct shut off valves for the water line into your home, just to name a few things, take your hard earned money somewhere else
