I've been going here since they have opened and I've always had a great experience here over all the years. They pretty much always get my coffee correct and if ever it is not correct they are always quick to fix it. I love the fact most times even before mobile order was a thing I had ordered my drink and it would be ready by the time I walled to the end of the counter bc most employees already know my order bc they make the effort. Still throughout covid they are the best!! They do their hardest to make it work with what they have and still remain friendly.

Love this location. Always go inside as the drive through is a little tight on space if they are busy

Went through the drive through, ordered drinks. I get to the window and no straws are given with my Frappuccino. I ask for a straw and she informs me they don’t have any straws in the whole restaurant. If I’m placing an order through the drive thru…. I’m obviously eating/drinking my order on the go. She should’ve informed me before I ordered that they didn’t have straws so I wouldn’t have wasted $9.00 on a drink I can’t drink! The barista wasn’t bothered with the fact that she is handing me an over priced drink with no way to drink it. You sell drinks for a living! How do you run out of straws?! Disappointed in the lack or organization and the lack of customer service. Go buy a pack of straws across the street at Publix and fix your problems!
