I was a Marriott Employee traveling on a employee rate, I arrived and was told I couldn’t check in due to not being 21 and that it was an Ohio law, which it is not. I was directly lied to by both a manager and a front desk associate. How can I be able to work at a Marriott and not be eligible to stay in one? We let 18 year olds stay the courtyard I work at, also in Ohio. I was told that as long as someone checked in that was 21 I could stay in and pay for the hotel, I just couldn’t check in. What a joke.

Rooms are comfy, Starbucks & "Grill" restaurant, SUPER convenient. Anytime I'm in town this will most definitely be my lodging of choice. Hotel staff extremely professional and cordial. I truly enjoyed my stay, in town visiting.

Positive: We hit a little snag the first night...a pipe sprung a leak...but the front desk and manager were on top of things and found us another room Pronto AND accommodated me by keeping me away from a noisy elevater....the desk ladies were the best... Negative: I absolutely can not think of one thing I did not like...top notch service..down to the maintenance guys!!!

Nice, clean room, nice view of the river, but that town needs some trees! The beds were very comfortable. Very quiet place. I wish they had Diet Coke available for purchase. I only saw Pepsi products.
