The staff at Shadow Creek is exactly what you want when you are renting an apartment. They are quick to address any concerns and in my experience, they care deeply about their residents. My daughter and I were very sad about leaving but sometimes life has other plans for you. It is a beautiful place to live and a great place for a family. Thank you to the entire staff for your professionalism and empathy. It does not go unnoticed!

Exceptional Place To Live!. The front office staff is always there for you with a smile, you can talk to them in person or just give them a call and they are very professional. When you call the office about something in your home, that may need attention, they will put the request in for you right away. Maintenance shows up, fixes whatever needs to be fix or replaced, they do it with professionalism and courtesy..Maintenance is great with maintaining your home and the property. The Club House offers a quiet work space and is accessible during non-office hours. The pool and lounge area is beautiful, relaxing, always clean. They also have a theater room that is quiet, warm and cozy. "Exceptional Place To Live"

We just moved into our apartment but so far we love it here! Management has been helpful, quick and responsive! When we first moved in our dryer wasn't drying our clothes, maintenance came out to fix it right away! They were efficient, respectful, and great with my pups! The neighborhood is quiet and clean and we love the amenities!!

I toured with Nicole and she was amazing! She showed me the Downy floor plan and I am absolutely in love with the open concept and layout of the apartment! The club is well maintained and beautiful, movie theater room, dog wash, fitness room...etc! The property manager was also very welcoming. I felt like I live there already! I am currently on the waitlist and I hope to receive a call back soon for a unit! This is my first choice...finger crossed for good news!

They shouldn't be doing that! You can speak to the property manager at the leasing office about your concerns! That is so unprofessional of them to behave in that manor
I believe it's in Hamilton CSD for tax purposes. However, if you live here you can go to either Hamilton or Fairfield, both have school buses that stop here.
