Great staff and great place to live!!! Helpful, compassionate, and very understanding! Manager goes above and beyond her job every day for all of her tenants, there is no problem to big. I especially love how the property is always clean. I would recommend Twin Gables to everyone!!

What is the best way to get in contact with this apartment complex ? I've tried calling a BILLION times for 2 months now ! I've even went to the complex a few times and still no answer ... Someone help !

How do you contact these apartments. I've emailed and called, even sat at outside the office building. No one ever came, answered the phone, or emails.

To much an they charge you Soo called renter's insurance but it's a joke I pay extra 15$ a month for renter's insurance but when my apartment flooded I was told not for ur personal item it's only structureal damage I don't think they should call that renter's insurance

They do checks buy arent as strict, i would say yes... I have seen it happen, talk to Joetta, shes awesome!

Our the utilities fully paid and if not is the utilities included with rent bill or our utilities in tenants name?
