Don’t bother! Save yourself the trouble please!!! I made a reservation 13 months ago in May of 2021 for a 12 passenger vehicle. I called multiple times 3 months before my trip, 2 months before my trip to check in on my rental to verify. I’m taking 8 small children to Florida. We saved for years for this trip. It’s a surprise for my family. They wait until less than 48 hours before we leave to tell me they can not provide the car for our trip. They offered two suvs with gas over $5 a gallon. I only wish they would’ve let me know sooner if there was an issue so I could have checked around other rental companies and made other arrangements. They never once told me they were having trouble locating a vehicle. They lied and told me they had tried to called me previously and left voicemails. I don’t know. I never received them. Guess they disappeared into thin air? Called budget and they were able to locate me a Ford transit in 5 minutes but enterprise couldn’t do this???? They told me all the cars were already out or in the shop? I think this sounds a bit like poo to me. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!

Zero stars!!! Slower than sloths at this Hamilton location. (SOUTH ERIE HWY) They never have any vehicles on their lot. Cars are always dirty inside and out when given to you, but they are still gonna charge the same price and more. Computers are always down. They do not make sure their vehicles are professionally serviced before given to you because every light in the car flashes on the inside. Tire pressure, change oil, needs tune up. You name it. Its lit up! Very unprofessional customer service! This location needs to be shut down asap! I would never recommend to anyone.

Best Services i have ever had, very respectful and kind. he helped us very quickly and very professional with everything. he was very knowledgeable, and got the car we need it. i dont know his name but i wanted to say thank you for the rental and for the quickness of the job. i would recommend the place as the first place to go.

Rented a car a few weeks back for vacation. Was very disappointed to find that the alignment in the SUV we rented was terrible. The whole car started shaking when we got on the interstate. Called to ask about swapping the car out, waited on hold for over 45 min total. FINALLY got an answer 10 min before closing time and was told they couldn't exchange so late in the day but that we could exchange the next day or when we reached our destination. Decide to tough it out for the drive to our destination. Called the enterprise where we were vacationing and was told they could only get us a small car or minivan. We opted for the minivan because we needed the room for passengers and luggage. I've always had great experiences with enterprise but this one was anything but great. Ended up wasting over an hour on vacation trying to exchange the vehicle and wasn't even able to get a vehicle similar to what I had booked and paid for. I was offered a small discount which was better than nothing but still disappointing. Unfortantely, Enterprise really dropped the ball this time around. I will say that the sales rep at the Hamilton OH location was very nice and tried to help the best he could.

They are closed on Monday just the local places. Airport locations are open.
They can't guarantee a specific car. You may get something close to what you want depending on their stock.
