The park is small but is well maintained! I think the lot rent is a little expensive especially for the space. I would not recommend because of the drugs and people being loud all night! If they can get the drug actively under control I would give this park a 5!!

do you have any fixer up ones that you can live in while fixing up. I would like to offer, if you have one that needs to be painted, mild work that i can do on my own? i wouldn't mind that as well. If that would take the load off of you as well
