Roach and bug problem in general seems to be getting worse and worse. I've encountered multiple roaches water bugs a lightning bug and constant gnats I keep my room tidy til I can find a home and still deal with this problem. Something has to be done. Or is this going to be a job for the health department?

We just arrived and the beds aren’t even made. It’s almost 7 pm. When I went to the front desk the attendant told me the blankets are in the washer and should be done in about 10 minutes. They advertise a kitchenette but there are no dishes, pots and pans, plates, silverware, towels, NOTHING! EXTREMELY disappointed

Rooms were filthy. There were bugs. Some of the staff were extremely rude. The manager could not be found. I was locked out of my room repeatedly during the night. The girl who was on duty when I was locked out accused me of lying, Management was supposed to contact me and never did.

If you are ok with dirty floors, hearing noisy neighbors through the walls and no shampoo, then this room might be for you. The room looked nothing like the website! The room was very small, nowhere to put luggage. I saw a small roach in the kitchen. Outlet covers falling off. The room has a mildew odor. We were woke up at 4am by the people next door cursing and arguing for hours. On the plus side, the bed was small but clean. The shower was clean and the full size fridge and microwave was good. It was not for us, but might be ok as a last resort if you have nowhere else to stay.
