Lazy staff. Do not check the orders in time to prepare them for the customers. Just say 5 minutes but those 5 minutes never come. If you have time to waste, go there or order from there,.

I'm not sure. You can call them and ask or you can go to the restaurant and ask them or you can see the map of where they deliver to and how far they deliver. They usually have it in the restaurant on the wall.
