Wow this is ridiculous, I renewed my passport in January Is now June 1st I still didn’t get my passport and I called several times they informed me that they don’t have an ETA.

It says they are open but they are not. No one answers the phone nor do they have a proper voice-mail. It is too much to ask for good customer service?
Why is it that it seems almost impossible to get an agent on the phone in Washington DC area? I have a question if you have all your documents can I receive the passport the same day in Washington? Oppose to waiting 3 months to get a passport ?
