I wish I could give this zero stars. Both my personal packages as well as vital components for my work facility have been held up for days on end at this facility every single time it's gone through Anchorage. It's infuriating seeing that packages have arrived and just been sitting in this facility for almost a week with 'security check' delays.

Our UPS driver here on JBER Government Hill side is a great guy. He's always friendly and saw that we were working on our camper. He asked how it turned out and said it was looking great. We really appreciated it and the service you guys provide to our community.

I would if I could but they only provide the 1-800 number. However, if you know somebody who works there ask them the 249- number or go to the package center and ask the questions personally.

why is there such a delay in Anchorage to get packages out of their to the correct destination? Flight delay excuse is completely false! Flights to southeast have been flying every day.

Not likely if number is unrecognized

Do i have to call the distribution center in anchorage every time someone ships to me using UPS? Packages sit waiting to be scanned for days before they are cleared to go. Why is that?

Why does UPS not make packages that have a missed delivery a priority to be delivered the next morning instead of being delivered whenever the driver gets around to it?

Why does it say package delivered and then it says anchorage ak when I'm here in tx can anyone answer me that question did they send it to the wrong address are did they somehow lose my package give me an answer of what y'all think

I'm going on screening in Anchorage for 1.5 days now...frozen spaghetti sauce will be ruined. UPS will not refund their so-called guaranteed delivery because the scan/checks are imposed by "local government. " What a false excuse! We hired UPS for guaranteed service, not the local government. The burden is on UPS. FEDEX ONLY WAY TO GO.
