I wish I could give this zero stars. Both my personal packages as well as vital components for my work facility have been held up for days on end at this facility every single time it's gone through Anchorage. It's infuriating seeing that packages have arrived and just been sitting in this facility for almost a week with 'security check' delays.

I would if I could but they only provide the 1-800 number. However, if you know somebody who works there ask them the 249- number or go to the package center and ask the questions personally.

I'm going on screening in Anchorage for 1.5 days now...frozen spaghetti sauce will be ruined. UPS will not refund their so-called guaranteed delivery because the scan/checks are imposed by "local government. " What a false excuse! We hired UPS for guaranteed service, not the local government. The burden is on UPS. FEDEX ONLY WAY TO GO.
