Unethical UPS Store. A few years ago UPS cracked down on this stuff. $3.00 to print a page for return. I’ve seen where it’s 0.50 but this is ridiculous and they don’t want to tell you until they print it out. His loss, now he’s down paper ink and a shipment. I’ll stick to my spot on Roswell Road

I first have to apologize to the UPS Store for getting caught in the crossfire. But you're hosting a company at your location that I have fault with. This location is the address of Tello mobile phone service. Tello is nothing but a scam service promising better customer service. Don’t be lured by their false advertisement about bringing our own device. In just months after being on their plan they slowed down my service and failed to explain why. They had the nerve to start misinforming me about my phone and that it doesn’t have VOIP capabilities. I contacted the manufacturer and they confirmed that the phone has VOIP. But the customer service reps didn’t want to accept that fact. They started pitching me to buy a new phone. And kept my phone throttled down to force my hand. They are a completely virtual company that doesn’t even have a real address. They are using a mailbox at The UPS Store. What a joke!

By far the worst UPS store. I’ve had packages come up missing over and over and I get zero answers just I don’t know what happened yeah I will call you, never call I waited two weeks for a call. The company’s will not give me a refund because the packages are delivered just missing once they get to my PO Box. I’m eating the cost over and over no refund no packages! Update: I received email from the owner apologizing about the situation.
