UPS is running a lucrative scam. When purchasing shipping, they would not advertise the pickup fee, instead they will charge it afterwards. Fedex would never do that, fyi.

This location is horrible!!! The delivery driver did not come to deliver my package at all, but somehow the status changed to be held for pickup by customer, which I did not create! I sat at home all day waiting on my package to get poor customer service from the customer service representatives. One told me to go to to this facility she sent them a message to hold it, when I get there at 6:10 they were closed, she straight up told me a lie! The security there is very rude and unprofessional…. This is the worst facility, I truly hate when my packages have to be shipped from this particular UPS, the driver needs to be held accountable!!!!!

My package passed through here apparently but according to the front desk lady it was “logically scanned” into the terminal, not physically scanned. They were absolutely zero help, and working for FedEx myself it made zero sense that it hadn’t been physically scanned since Texas but somehow was there. On top of that, they tried to say it went to a different terminal after talking about how big they were and how there’s millions of packages within after I mentioned it was supposed to go to Carrollton AFTER it went to the hub at this location. The customer center is absolutely useless, god forbid they actually help you and not refer you to a robot on the UPS line.

I did not do a zoom interview.(package handler). Once you apply online, depending on location, you schedule 1st day of work or face-to-face interview.
