My favorite UPS in Atlanta! The lady with the dreads and glasses is frequently kind! The short African American gentleman with the short haircut is frequently professional. I’m in and out and I love the energy of this store. Thank you for showing Atlanta what customer service should look like. 🙌🏾 Edit for August 2,2022 So I absolutely meant what I said above about those specific employees above. Now, I walked in today and was surprised to see brand new faces. Never seen these gentleman before so I presume they are new as I come here often. Let me just say this the younger gentleman with dark hair is a keeper. Very professional. If I was this location I would get rid of the tall African American gentleman and the African American woman with blue dyed tips in her hair. Today he was wearing all black and has a short haircut. This specific employee is NOT professional, unfriendly, stares at customers in disgust as if to be annoyed by them. I was surprised that he was hired to work at this specific location. Get rid of him, get rid of him, get rid of him or you'll have a lot of problems with this one. Mark my words.
