For whatever reason, they had to close a little early on Wednesday night, and I got there after a long trolley ride and long walk from the trolley at 8:53 and they couldn't let me in. Best dispensary I've been in , the atmosphere is so chill, really makes it a pleasurable experience. The house flower is fantastic as well only topped off by the chilled 100mg. Drinks (so good). I don't remember the last time I was this high.

Extremely dissatisfied!! Staff lied to me about their ongoing hours. Now close at 7pm? Ridiculous especially on a weekend. How can I get off work and then get medication? Staff was rude in informing me of hours. No new patients after 6pm now. I've been coming here since they opened.

Hello Iris, we are in the unincorporated part of San Diego County, which only allows medical cannabis. So, you do still need a medical card to visit OutCo. We do reimburse patients up to $40 for the cost of a new or renewal card if you show us a receipt within 5 days of getting you card or renewal. Thank you, OutCo
Cannabis has great anti-inflammatory proporties. Yes, Outco has a CBD tincture that you put under your tongue. The nice thing about tincture is that you can control the dose, and when the body absorbs it, it bypasses the liver. You can get your medical card online at helloMD within about 30-45 mins. For a limited time Outco will reimburse you up to $40 for the cost of your card, but you must bring in your card and receipt within 5 days. Tincture comes in a few size bottles, so you can try it at a fairly low price.
