Had a really bad wisdom tooth that needed extraction and was really happy with the service received at this clinic. The receptionist and office manager of the dental department were extremely accommodating with providing me with the first available appointment and the text follow-ups were also a nice addition. Dr. Pham made sure to take extra care when numbing the area before extraction and was very compassionate, thorough and professional during the entire experience. His assistant was also very good at her job, helping comfort me and provide a helping hand every step of the way. I'm not a huge fan of having dental procedures performed, so it was really nice to receive the care they provided. I'd definitely recommend them to anyone needing dental work done, whether it is just for a cleaning or for any more serious procedures. I'm healing up quite nicely and plan on returning to have a full exam and more work done in the near future. Thank you so much for making me feel comfortable and for reducing potential pain through the entire experience!!!

I came in as a walk in for an extraction. I was in a decent amount of pain, plus I'm a very nervous patient! The staff were very patient with me and understanding. One extraction turned in to four! The process was very quick! Dr Pham was absolutely AMAZING! Thanks for being so gentle!

you can never get someone on the phone as it is routed to polk county first then you can leave a message for someone in avon park that never calls you back, this is so aggravating and a waste of time. this dam place should be shut down and the building made into something better maybe even taken over by advent health. i went in there once with a open wound and they wasted all my time and waiting just to be sent to the hospital. after them telling me to come in and be seen by the doctor.
