Moved here for work and was very happy with my stay. There are very few places where you are under kind friendly management, a clean area, competitive low market price for rent, fair amount of sqft, impressive kitchen, etc. If I had to live in El Cajon again, I would put all my energy to get a unit here again as I did with calling daily. (Which they encourage to) I found that to be very nice of them.

I LOVE my apartment!! It is so cute and well maintained. I've had no problems here. It is quiet and peaceful. The grounds are beautiful, very well taken care of.
