I have been living here for a year now and I love the Management Staff and Maintenance Crew. They are very professional and fast to fix any issues that I have in the Facility and Apartment. I love living here at the Sunset View Apartments. Truly the sun sets here at night because of the wonderful management here in Our little piece of heaven. I was looking for a place back in June and either didn't call back or didnt answer. As soon as I called sunset view apartments guess what Maria answer on the first call and we booked an appointment moved in the next day. And after 6 months of living there I had no problems if anything was wrong maintenance took care of it right away excellent service maria response fast and works with you on anything shes been the best manager I've dealt with so if.your guys are looking for a safe nice and quiet place this is the place maria will help you gouys with anything

4 Stars because not all 5 star reviews are real. This place has become a very pleasant place to live. Current on-site manager is the most attentive manager I have ever encountered. Thank you Maria! These apartments were neglected by several on-site managers for years (as you can see in the extremely negative reviews from previous tenants). My family and I have been here for 5 years and this past year under current management has been excellent. Again, Thank you Maria! Any maintenance concerns I had were handled quickly, and that makes you feel well taken care of as a tenant. I like the layout of the 2 bed 2 bath. One bummer is the limited parking situation. Street parking means an uphill hike and then several stairs. But that being said, it is also a benefit. These apartments are uphill and tucked away from traffic, making for a peaceful place to live.

We lived here for just shy of a year! This place was astounding and Maria, the manager, took over the entire complex changed in an amazing way she cares about the tenants and the property, she was amazing through the whole process and was so kind. Our experience with sunset view after Maria took over was great she made the whole process of moving out a breeze and getting our deposit back to us quickly and not just part of our deposit we got about 85% of it back which is unheard of in this day and age. She was kind enough to give me a call letting me know that we still had mail there and that she would hold it for us till we could come get it. I can not say enough good things about Maria and her team at sunset view apartments. The view we had was amazing the apartment itself was large and well laid out. The only down side was the parking and the stairs lol but our entire experience after Maria took over was nothing short of wonderful. We will cherish the memories we made calling this place home for the time we where there.
