Miss Heather
Without them we wouldn't gotten any support from my ex who refused to help my daughter and I financially most of her life. Unhappy with how they distribute funds they do collect and nearly impossible to speak to an actual person in the office when problems occur.

It feels like you go back in time when dealing these people like way back But like most government divisions one hand is never knowing what the other is doing also if you have questions good luck getting any one you tell you the answer without repeated calls and messages.

Yes you can
If it was included as a part of your normal annual tax return, it was because of how the IRS processed it not because of how the Division of Child Support did anything.
No
If your a man get a lawyer. The judge and the ex wife just see you as an open wallet.
Go to the office and explain the situation. They are located on the second floor
Im pretty sure you can. They prefer mail ins. They are the most fustrating people on Earth
You can help by minding your own business! Unless there is imminent danger to that 17 yr.old child, find something else to do. The kid is almost 18, so really there isn't much you can help with. If it is that bad( according to you, whoever you are) report them to CPS. Otherwise, keep ur nose out of others private lives!
