We were not sure if the carpet could be saved since it appeared the tenants NEVER vacuumed (ugh!) but knew it was worth a try for $165 vs the cost of new flooring. James pretreated the carpet then used his power scrubber & then his steam cleaner & it was amazing to watch the dirt all come out! I never charge extra for heavy soil or stained up carpets unless you want animal urine treatment. All my prices include a quality surface deodorizer included in my standard pricing.

Drying time depends on how soil your carpet is, humidity, thickness and how warm the temperature is. Usually 3-12 hours. I work really hard to give you the quickest dry time possible by using the largest van-mounted equipment available. Making sure my filters are clean, using special made high flow wands and using bigger circumference vacuum hoses to handle more airflow.
