Everyone at Pacific Northwest Specialty Pharmacy is absolutely FANTASTIC. We have to stop over every few weeks to pick up meds for our baby, and they remember her and ask how she's doing. They've also bent over backwards to help us out when we need to urgently get a script filled, even staying open late on a Friday to make sure we were good through the weekend. Thank you so much!

Last Thurs my vet contacted them about some emergency medication. Basically they jerked me around for 5 days. They can't even pick up a phone when you call them. And when I was able to get them on the phone I got put off with things like "We'll have to check with your vet" when they damned sure should have had it. How 'bout you check your records Before you call back, or even during the call, so you know what you're doing when you talk to your customers rather than wasting even more time? My cat died waiting for these people to get their act together. I wouldn't trust them to supply a band aid. Pathetic!

Horrible customer service. They have messed up my prescriptions on multiple occasions even with notes in their system and voicemails reiterating what needs to be done. The doses do not last as long as they indicate, so automatic renewal for me is not an option. Plan for about a week after calling to get your medication. And a few more days after that if a doctor or vet call it in. Also while I was waiting one of these several times an employee lost a customers prescription. Unacceptable. I will be ordering my dogs medicine from across the country as that is more convenient.
