Customer service is great. My phone bill is now half the cost I did have! Now it's 45$. Happy camper here!

Frustrating experience. Went in to replace my sons phone. The one he wanted was out of stock so I asked if any of their other locations might have them. The xFinity stores don't have phones I was told so we couldn't call around to ask about instocks. The employees use texts and computer ways to communicate with other stores but my agent couldn't get ahold of anyone at other locations. They cannot check stock of other locations either. For a company whose brand is communication it was sad to see they cannot even communicate with each other. Their failure to communicate lost a new phone sale

Francene was over-the-top helpful with patience of a saint! We got an incredible deal for mobile service and couldn't be happier. I recommend going into the store vs calling for help...always!

Great staff, I got there just as they were closing, but the employee that came to the door was so sweet he unlocked the door and let me in so I can make a payment at the kiosk machine even though I had showed up a few minutes after closing and he had already locked the door. He saved me the trouble of my service getting interrupted and then having to pay a reconnection fees. Thank you Xfinity staff...

I believe they give you on when you first sign up for cable.

We just review places we visit for Google we don't actually work there...with that said I was having some of the same issues so I changed providers to dish and I save over 200 dollars a month...comcast is so bug it has forgotten what got it there "the customer "..just a rotten company period
Open till 7pm.
??? Not sure I understand the reason of this question, but it's my home address
Yes, you can return all your equipment. They just scan the code, you don't even need any paperwork.
If you live in Vancouver you will want to go to the Xfinity at Vancouver Plaza. Outside of Vancouver you will want to Google yoyr closest Xfinity store bear you.
Unfortunately they do not have a direct number to the store. Only way to contact is by emailing one if the workers themselves
I would just call. I do it all the time
Yes
Internet only more expensive now. You need to get package deal. If 1st timer they an offer of $32 I think
There is no direct number for the store.
??? I only know the billing number
I don't know you should call customer service
Have you registered your new phone security profile over to the cloud replacing the other one,? Not sure but might help.
Your best to go into the store ask to speak to a manager about their different packages not just a associate what you have now they may be able to get you changed around to have one included with your service at same or lower cost, never know they to keep satiisfied customers
They keep record of your visits. If you call the store, tell them you like to be connected with the person who helped you Sunday. They should be able to look it up.
Remember Xfinity is always available for help on the phone. Do you have the Xfinity app? If not, get the app. You can get information on power outages, problem areas with Xfinity, talk with an associate by chat. Change your existing plan and pay your bill.
Reboot your gear may work, otherwise call 1800comcast from another working phone. If it's a new setup it may not be activated right.
That is currently the only Clark county location that I know of. Some Verizon stores were partnering for equipment drop offs but I don't know if that's still in effect.
No you don't need an appointment but it's better to have one just call before you go down because if there's a wait in the store you'll be behind whoever's in front of you but if you call and make an appointment will take you right in
Try calling them!
At Xfinity over off of Fourth Plain by Target in the Dollar Tree
The main clause to work for Comunestcast is that they need to surrender their soul to Comunestcast... Thus they are no longer "real people" and are then part of the machine... If you sacrifice your first born son and allow them free range of your internet use, they'll listen to you. Once they have you in a contract, its a coin toss... I bid you luck in your quest for service.
Yes, as long as you have a box for control
I do believe there is. You could probably get it at a hardware store or maybe even Walmart. You could also ask Xfinity the next time you go or call.
Xfinity mobile on line
Yes they do
9-5 per the listing info
Yes but don't plan on picking up a 4k cable box at this location.
Yes if the remote is provided by comcast. I recommend scheduling an appointment online to cut down wait time.
Almost no one is open on Christmas. I guarantee they aren't.
