How do i get intouch with the person that helped us with our account on sunday at the xfinity store on vancouver plaza drive, he was out of business cards but said if we needed anything else to give him a call, but i dont even remember his name.

They keep record of your visits. If you call the store, tell them you like to be connected with the person who helped you Sunday. They should be able to look it up.

I would think the only way would be to visit the same store again. Unless you call the xfinity number and maybe it might be on file from your visit. Best bet is option one.
