Why can't I talk to a person!!?? Your recording does not help me, as it wants me to sign in. I don't have my info. When I get a code to go forward, it says it does not recognize it. I just want to bloody talk to someone!!

I just went into the store it took 2 seconds. I was amazed on how fast and helpful they were. I do suggest to maybe go to the store if u cant get anyone on the phone

I hear you, I get the same druved you crazy, so I just let the recorder say then everytime I just say no, then repeat agent, no agent finaly two three times it will say let me get you to an agent someone who can help you. Lol. Or google the main store in Beverton Oregon, if you like.tired of foreign voices to that are hard to understand not against them just not clear English hope it helps
